The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with our Talent Partner discussing HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview with Phil: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Phil, our CMO & Co-Founder.
  3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
  4. In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Phil and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple. In addition, you’ll meet parts of the HOLY leadership team and learn more about HOLY’s culture, vision, and team.
  5. Job offer and decision: Once the process is completed (including reference calls), we will take the time to present you with a competitive offer, including a share package, and answer any questions you have regarding the employment, before you joining our journey.

About the Position

We launched HOLY in the DACH market in 2021, established strong product-market fit, and grew our presence through direct-to-consumer sales. To make HOLY the world's most loved soft drink brand, we focus on three growth drivers: internationalization, product expansion, and retail.

As our Netherlands market lead, you will lead the soft drink revolution in the Netherlands by introducing HOLY as a better-for-you soft drink brand that challenges the status quo. You will have complete ownership of the Netherlands market, using your expertise in influencer marketing and growth to build a strong team, scale our DTC presence, and add new marketing channels.

Eventually, you will help bring HOLY into retail with the goal of reaching every Dutch household. This role offers tremendous growth potential, enabling you to build an eight-figure market and high-performing team from the ground up while developing comprehensive marketing and leadership skills. Our successful expansion into France and the UK demonstrates our strong potential in new international markets.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional Netherlands Country Manager/Market Lead to spearhead HOLY's expansion in the Dutch market. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Strong track record in influencer marketing with an established network in the Netherlands. You'll be responsible for building and managing key influencer relationships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Leadership & P&L Management: Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, coupled with proven ability to manage budgets and drive business growth. Preferably with P&L responsibility.
  • Strategic Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dutch market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive market entry strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and make data-driven decisions. You'll own the country P&L and be responsible for ensuring profitable growth.
  • Communication Excellence: Fluency in Dutch and English, with outstanding ability to build relationships across all levels and collaborate with global teams including operations, shop, CRM, brand, performance marketing, and analytics.
  • Berlin-based (or willing to relocate).
