Within our HR Digitalization team, we are looking for a driven and experienced HR Digitalization Project Manager to join us at our headquarters in Munich. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic HR technology initiatives in a dynamic, international environment, working closely with the global Chief People Officer and senior HR leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing HR operations, implementing innovative solutions (including AI), and enhancing the overall employee experience through cutting‑edge digitalization projects.
