• You ensure the smooth, qualified and orderly running of the SPA-ROSA
• You support our management in realising the company's goals
• You will manage our team from the fitness, pool, sauna, cosmetics and body therapy departments as well as our trainee sports and fitness clerks
• You are the contact person for our internal and external guests
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to our guests at all times

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel, spa, wellness, beauty or fitness sector and relevant management experience
• You have strong communication skills and inspire guests and colleagues with your positive charisma and your competent and warm demeanour
• A responsible way of working
• You impress with your initiative and sales talent
