Operations Coordinator - Meridian Health Services
Location: Howard and Clinton Counties, Indiana. Full‑time day position. Up to 10% travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Practice Manager in marketing and promoting program services to potential referral sources; maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
Obtain data and prepare recommendations regarding potential referral sources and clients.
Participate in market research to determine area and client needs.
Assist in evaluating effectiveness of services and coordinate program evaluation.
Communicate openly, honestly, and constructively with staff, clients, and referral sources; treat all with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
Resolve concerns and problems regarding communication, trust, and respect.
Assign provider caseloads, complete staff performance evaluations, and address complaints.
Monitor and report staff compliance with productivity standards, CANS/ANSA completions, and timely accurate treatment plans.
Report MRO utilization; assist in monitoring and addressing scheduling, including no‑show rates.
Ensure compliance with the nineteen program requirements for Federally Qualified Health Centers.
Coordinate consumer compliance with scheduled medical services appointments.
Coordinate DMHA Behavioral and Primary Care Coordination (BPHC) process.
Complete all other essential administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager.
Qualifications
Associates degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
Two years of related experience and/or training.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets the company driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
