• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a smooth order process.
• Manage order confirmations, invoicing, and payment tracking in CRM systems.
• Assist in sales reporting, tracking KPIs, and identifying performance trends.
• Support lead qualification by gathering key customer data and forwarding high-quality leads to the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Logistics to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
