Your Mission

1. You develop and implement portfolio and category strategies to achieve company targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights.
2. You own the category P&L, setting and achieving ambitious targets for growth and profitability.
3. You lead the global portfolio strategy and management, identifying growth opportunities (who/what/how) and adjusting portfolios to maximize profitability and market share.
4. You define pricing and promotion guidelines, maintaining pricing architecture to achieve growth and margin goals.
5. You collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and execute impactful go-to-market strategies.
6. You develop, align and orchestrate the activation calendar across channels to achieve financial targets.
7. You orchestrate cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless execution and alignment.
8. You manage budgets and investment priorities, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
9. You inspire and lead teams with energy, passion, and a focus on results.

Your Qualifications

1. You have 10+ years of experience in FMCG brand management with a track record of leading brands and delivering impactful results.

7. You speak English and German fluently.
