Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at a Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and developing both short- and long-term strategies focused on brand growth and customer satisfaction.

You will act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities, monitoring success metrics daily, and ensuring the brand’s experience with AVS reflects our customer obsession. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Amazon EU to implement new ideas and processes, such as category management, supply chain, finance, and marketing, fostering your skills and career growth.

Your role will focus on four key business areas:

1. Core Service: Use your data analytics skills to identify industry opportunities in the EU and recommend improvements using Amazon programs to drive long-term benefits.
2. Availability & Operational Excellence: Lead supply chain initiatives to reduce costs, defects, lead times, and manage stock in fulfillment centers.
3. Promotion & Funding: Recommend and manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities for Amazon events like Prime Day, and collaborate with Amazon Advertising to explore marketing opportunities.
4. Selection & IDQ: Grow product selection by managing launches, identifying gaps, onboarding new products, and enhancing the customer journey through content improvements and benchmarking.

Grundqualifikationen:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or relevant background
• At least 12 months of professional experience in Business Operations, E-Commerce, or Management after graduation
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Knowledge of another European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or content management systems
• Effective communication skills
• Planning and time-management skills
