Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-sales contact for assigned customer contracts.
  • Manage support services, including warranty programs, hotline support, and field services.
  • Partner with sales teams to drive service renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with military and enterprise customers.
  • Oversee delivery quality, ensuring SLAs and performance commitments are met.
  • Provide regular account reviews, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Travel to customer sites in Germany and occasionally across Europe (approx. 25%).
Skills / Must Have
  • Strong background in RF or radio communications (e.g. Motorola, TETRA, DMR, LTE).
  • Previous experience in customer support, service delivery, or account management.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Germany (Berlin preferred) with the ability to pass security clearance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a customer-facing, technical environment.
Nice to have
  • Experience with telecom vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, or Cisco.
  • Background with Motorola partners or Bundeswehr communications systems.
  • Understanding of TLB (Technical Logistic Support) contracts.
