A leading micromobility firm in Berlin is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate for the Nordics. This role involves managing recruitment processes for warehouse staffing, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in volume recruitment, fluency in English and Swedish, and knowledge of recruiting platforms. This position is part of a dynamic team aimed at shaping sustainable micromobility solutions.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the Nordics region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). In this role, you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include:
