As the Head of DevSecOps within R&D Software Solutions you technically and disciplinary lead a team of DevSecOps Engineers across our development sites in Munich and Gurugram. You own our Infrastructure and DevSecOps roadmap, spanning on-premise environments (e.g. for our embedded solutions) as well as Azure Cloud-based environments (for our SaaS solutions). Together with your team you drive, implement and improve our DevSecOps practices, toolchains and methodologies as well as operational processes. You enable and support all of our teams and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet business goals and meet customer expectations.
This strategic role requires a strong and broad technology background. We develop solutions from embedded, via enterprise applications to cloud SaaS. Second, your strong communication and leadership skills in an intercultural environment sets you apart to be successful in your role.
