To continue growing, we are looking for an engaged personality who takes responsibility, thinks structurally, and enjoys actively shaping Finance processes.

• Overall responsibility for the accounting processes in Germany & Austria in close cooperation with our Head of Finance.
• Active role in monthly and annual financial statements (according to HGB) – accuracy and reliability are your top priority.
• Account reconciliation and group consolidation are part of your daily routine.
• You securely handle tax topics such as advance VAT returns and statistical declarations in several countries – with your VAT know-how, you elevate the team to the next level.
• Responsibility for our B2B sales channel, from order processing to dunning, as well as support for our Energy business.
• Contact person for auditors and tax advisors, including preparation of all relevant documents for audits and inspections.
• Further development of our semi-automated processes together with other teams – always with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Building expertise within the team and ensuring the highest standards in all accounting and tax matters.

• A commercial qualification (e.g. tax clerk) or a business degree, plus 6+ years of professional experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of German VAT law, ideally with exposure to Austria, France, Italy, or the UK.
• Solid skills in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with NetSuite (Oracle) is a plus.
• Fluent German and good English skills – and an openness to grow in an international environment.
