Key Responsibilities:

• Formally review schedules prepared by other Planner Schedulers.
• Ensure that all work prepared is formally reviewed and approved by another Senior Planner Scheduler or the PM prior to issue.
• Support team members.
• Foster interdisciplinary teamwork on projects.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Attend department meetings as required.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and teams.
• Provide feedback to Lead on resourcing, deliverables, and project constraints that may impact execution of work.
• Manage resources on your deliverables where resources are allocated to assist.
• Ensure that the Planner Schedulers are trained in client-specific procedures and guidelines where identified on the project.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in Planner Scheduler Services.
• Proficient with Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Project.
• Ability to plan and manage workload in order to meet deadlines.
• Experience in reviewing and refining schedules with project teams to optimize quality.
• Fully conversant with the A/E, Construction, and/or CQV interdependencies, sequencing, and
• Experience on pharmaceutical and/or microelectronics projects.
