Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and mapping business processes within the SAP environment.
• Support the SAP Project Director in daily project management tasks.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant information.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials.
• Support testing and validation of newly implemented SAP processes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Preferably, basic knowledge of SAP systems and business process management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
