Your Tasks

• Expand and further develop existing websites, redesign them, and create new web products, apps, and brands.
• Create intuitive and appealing user interfaces (UI) considering user experience (UX).
• Design and produce animated graphics and videos to enhance interaction and guide users through our digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and integrity of design standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage our B2C websites for survey participants in 74 countries with over 2 million active users, taking responsibility for design and user experience, and driving continuous improvements and innovations.
• Conduct user research and usability tests independently to gather insights and identify optimization potentials.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in designing websites and apps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong user-centered mindset.
• Proficiency in common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, LottieFiles).
• Independent working style, strong communication skills (including in English), and teamwork abilities.
