Your future role

The Work Package Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing work packages within a project, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring budget and schedule, and providing accurate and timely reports.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage work packages within a project, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define work package scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed work package plans, including resource allocation, task sequencing, and dependencies.
  • Monitor work package progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to track progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely reports on work package performance, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to monitor and control work package expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
