Job Purpose

We are seeking a Regional Vice President & General Manager to lead our manufacturing and business operations across a defined geographic region. This is a senior enterprise leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, financial results, people leadership, and cultural stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Own Regional Performance
  • Lead end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing sites and countries
  • Deliver results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and cash
  • Establish consistent operational standards, governance, and performance management
Execute Strategy & Drive Profitability
  • Translate PHINIA’s global strategy into actionable regional operating plans
  • Improve profitability through cost discipline, productivity, and capital efficiency
  • Ensure manufacturing readiness for new product launches and technology transitions
Lead Continuous Improvement & Transformation
  • Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with global centers of excellence to scale best practices and digital systems
  • Lead transformation initiatives with clarity, pace, and resilience
Build Culture & Leadership Strength
  • Serve as a visible role model for PHINIA’s values, ethics, and leadership expectations
  • Build and lead a strong regional leadership team with clear accountability and succession
  • Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Lead through change with credibility, empathy, and decisiveness
Champion ESG, Safety & Compliance
  • Set the standard for environmental, health, and safety excellence
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
  • Integrate ESG priorities into operational execution, including
    • Energy efficiency and emissions reduction
    • Waste reduction and responsible resource use
    • Manufacturing innovation supporting the energy transition
Manage Capital, Risk & Assets
  • Own regional capital planning and investment prioritization
  • Ensure effective utilization and modernization of manufacturing assets
  • Lead operational risk management, business continuity, and supply chain resilience
Represent PHINIA Externally
  • Act as the senior regional operations leader with key customers and partners
  • Support customer satisfaction and long‑term operational credibility
  • Represent the region in global executive forums and governance bodies
