Overview

• Your mission: Redesign and simplify key workflows in our mobility analytics and admin dashboards
• Transform complex tools into elegant user-friendly interfaces
• Reimagine and maintain our design system using Figma improving visual consistency
• Conduct lightweight user research and testing with both internal and external users
• Translate research insights into actionable design improvements and user journeys in close collaboration with Product Development and Customer Success teams
• Lead the full design process from early ideas to polished production-ready solutions
• Support the marketing team in creating avenues of exploration on our website and other public facing marketing artefacts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in UX / UI design
• Experience in SaaS with designing admin panels dashboards or complex B2B tools
• Experience with responsive web apps and familiarity with native mobile apps (Android iOS)
• A portfolio showing strong interaction design and UX structure with a great sense for visual detail when needed
• Ability to refine complex interfaces and introduce a level of approachability
• Experience conducting user research and testing using a human-centered design approach
• Hands-on skills in creating and validating prototypes from low- to high-fidelity
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools (e.g. Sketch Adobe Creative Suite)
• Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
