As a UX Researcher, you will take on a key role in understanding our customers and taking the C2B and B2B user experience to the next level. In close cooperation with stakeholders, product managers and the analysts, you will work deeply into the needs of our customers, develop a comprehensive understanding of the user experience and translate this into well-founded actionable priorities.

Your new role
  • Carry out user research and usability tests using different methods (user surveys, qualitative data analysis, user interviews, etc.)
  • Gather and keep an overview of the pain points, needs and behavior of our users and translate the findings into the business decisions
  • Work closely with other teams (Customer Journey, Business analytics, Product, etc.) to provide structured user-based insights within product kick-offs and sign-offs
  • Closely cooperate with colleagues in other countries who follow our user research process, recognise usability and UX pain points
  • Centralize the data and all knowledge about the users, process collected data to deliver concise and valuable input
Your skills
  • Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in e-commerce, B2B or lead generation funnels, working alongside a product, CRO or design team
  • Knowledge of performing usability tests and user interviews (in-person, on platform and online)
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to process the data in a meaningful way
  • You work independently, take ownership of your research and are able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in giving your recommendations to our senior management
  • Fluency in English and German, any other European language would be a plus
