Language Requirements
  • Danish: Native or C1/C2 level

  • English: B2 level (spoken and written)

Your Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will be the voice of the brand and a trusted travel partner for customers. Your mission is to create smooth, stress-free travel experiences through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with travel-related inquiries across multiple channels

  • Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel assistance

  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized, effective solutions

  • Deliver high-quality, customer-first service in every interaction

  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times

  • Represent the brand with empathy, reliability, and care

Working Hours
