THE POSITION

In this role, you will develop and support training programs, strengthen our teams and actively contribute to the future of BollAnts Spa im Park. YOUR TASKS

• Support in the needs analysis, development and implementation of training programs for the further development of the team
• Work closely with the department heads to develop, implement and follow up on SOPs
• Co-design and implement job descriptions
• Participate in measures to strengthen the employer brand, e.g. maintaining the online presence and developing communication materials
• Monitor quality standards through regular checks and feedback meetings
• Support the implementation of new processes and standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in Learning & Development or people development, ideally within the hospitality or wellness industry
• HR experience is a plus
• Strong facilitation skills and a passion for developing people
• Empathetic, well-organized, and a confident communicator
• Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools
• Fluent in German with good English skills
