ABOUT the Program:

Our intensive 18-month to 24-month Marketing Trainee Program is designed to give you a broad and practical foundation in marketing or beyond. You'll rotate through different departments every six months such as:

• Performance Marketing: Master the art of optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
• Marketing Intelligence: Unleash the power of data to drive strategic decisions
• Media Planning & Buying: Navigate the complex world of media channels
• CRM: Build lasting relationships with our customers
• Media Conception: Spark engagement and create memorable brand experiences
• Look Beyond Marketing: Dig into other business areas such as our Shop team or Strategy & Business Development and many more

You will gain extensive operational knowledge and hands‑on experience, rapidly develop your skills, and collaborate with a dynamic group of fellow trainees and team members—benefiting from a rich exchange of ideas and a 360‑degree perspective on the marketing and e‑commerce landscape.

The program is designed as a personalized development journey to unlock your full potential. That’s why our trainees experience different challenges and opportunities within the program in alignment with their own preferences and affinities, depending on the selected teams and departments in alignment with the trainee program manager.

Responsibilities (can vary per individual trainee program):

• Lead Your Own Projects: Take ownership of exciting initiatives and see your ideas come to life
• Optimize Campaigns: Contribute to the strategic control and optimization of Performance Marketing campaigns across diverse online and offline channels
• Craft Engaging Marketing Initiatives: Play a key role in developing and implementing impactful marketing concepts and campaigns for the ABOUT YOU brand
• Become a Data Wizard: Deepen your analytical capabilities through complex SQL queries and enhance your coding skills
• Drive Innovation: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and products
• Define Success: Establish and monitor crucial KPIs to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness
• Master Digital Communication: Design compelling communication strategies for various digital channels

Requirements

• An above‑average degree in Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economic psychology or a comparable quantitative field
• Practical experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or an analytical role is a significant plus
• Exceptional analytical skills combined with a knack for creative thinking
• A quick grasp of complex concepts and a highly structured working methodology
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
• Affinity to data analytics methods and tools
