About the role

Interop Labs is seeking a creative and strategic TikTok & Video Content Creator to lead the development of its video presence and storytelling across social platforms. You’ll play a key role in expanding Axelar’s reach by producing engaging, educational and trend-savvy content that brings Web3 concepts to a broader audience. This role will require you to appear on camera and serve as the on‑screen face of Axelar’s TikTok account and other social media channels.

Your responsibilities

• TikTok Strategy & Growth: Manage and grow Axelar’s newly launched TikTok account, working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams on strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Content Creation: Produce original short‑form videos (5‑7 per week) featuring yourself on camera to educate, entertain and engage the crypto and Web3 community.
• Video Editing: Edit long‑form video assets, such as press interviews, podcasts and conference talks into short, digestible clips (7–10 per week) for TikTok and X (Twitter), tailoring content for both retail and professional audiences.
• Post‑Production: Handle the full post‑production process, including sound design, captioning, motion graphics, and visual consistency to ensure content is polished, professional, and aligned with Axelar’s brand guidelines.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current on TikTok trends, Web3 culture and viral content formats, creatively adapting them to align with Axelar’s brand voice and messaging.
• Community Engagement: Actively manage the platform by identifying target accounts and trending topics, engaging in real time via replies, follows and likes to boost visibility and reach.
• Memetic Content: Spot opportunities for humorous or culturally resonant moments from Axelar events, updates or industry news, turning them into high‑impact content.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor audience growth and engagement analytics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategy and optimize performance based on insights.

Your profile

• Proven experience creating and growing TikTok or short‑form video channels (brand, creator or personal) with measurable audience growth and engagement results.
• Native English speaker.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Solid post‑production knowledge, including sound design, color correction, captions, motion graphics and optimizing for mobile‑first platforms.
• On‑camera confidence: able to speak naturally, clearly and engagingly on topics related to crypto, tech or finance.
• Creative trend awareness: familiarity with TikTok formats, memes, and Web3/crypto cultural moments, with the ability to translate them into brand‑relevant content.
• Understanding of social media strategy, analytics and growth metrics across TikTok and other social video platforms.
• Strong storytelling instincts: ability to turn complex or technical topics into accessible, visually engaging narratives.
• Self‑starter attitude: comfortable managing your own content calendar, deadlines, and creative pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align on brand tone and work closely with a distributed marketing team.
• Strongly encouraged: Background or strong interest in Web3, blockchain or emerging tech.
