Job purpose / role

As a Third Party Risk & Contract Manager at AIM SE, you will report to the Head of the Provider Management and Protection & Resilience team. You will play a key role in managing and mitigating the risks associated with third-party relationships and operationally overseeing the negotiation and management of banking contracts. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will ensure compliance, improve contract terms and safeguard Allianz's interests.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement third-party risk management strategies and frameworks.
  • Conduct assessments of third-party vendors and partners to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with Allianz's standards.
  • Support the Business Owners in carrying out the TPRM Lifecycle (e.g. performing risk assessments).
  • Collaborate with the legal, procurement and AIM Cash Management teams to negotiate banking contracts and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct provider segmentation and vendor integrity screenings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and contract negotiation.
  • Provide training and guidance to our teams on third-party risk management and contract management processes.
Key requirements / skills / experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or a related subject.
  • 3+ years' experience in third-party risk management and contract negotiation, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to third-party risk and contract management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with legal terms and conditions (“paralegal”).
