Aufgaben

• Building prototypes together with our development team.
• Integration and internal acceptance testing.
• Preparing for approvals and deliveries.
• Providing service for all testers – installation, repair, calibration, maintenance, and helpdesk support.
• Installing software and training users.
• Maintaining technical manuals and ensuring compliance with quality assurance regulations.
• Acting as a liaison with projects and organizing assignments.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensuring a professional working environment.
• Supporting occupational health and safety.

Kenntnisse

Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering/communications technology or equivalent experience

Background in mechatronics

Practical experience in field service and strong interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of software development and software installation

Extensive experience in measurement technology (analog, digital, high frequency)

Extensive experience in troubleshooting complex electronic systems

Manual dexterity and craftsmanship

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Willingness to travel with good self-organization

Driving license class B

You’re hands-on and make sure everything runs smoothly – from organization and support to setup. You keep an overview and ensure our team and customers are well taken care of.

Your tasks include:

• Building prototypes together with our development team

• Integration and internal acceptance testing

• Preparing for approvals and deliveries

• Providing service for all Spherea testers – installation, repair, calibration, maintenance, and helpdesk support – both at our Ulm site and at customer locations

• Installing software and training users

• Maintaining technical manuals and ensuring compliance with quality assurance regulations

• Acting as a liaison with projects and organizing assignments

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods

• Ensuring a professional working environment, including labs and integration areas

• Supporting occupational health and safety
