Zusammenfassung

Une compagnie aérienne basée à Ralingen recherche un(e) Instructeur(trice) de Formation Technique pour dispenser des formations liées aux aéronefs et coordonner les stagiaires. Les candidats doivent avoir un BAC ou équivalent, ainsi qu'une licence EASA Part 66. De bonnes compétences en communication en anglais, et des connaissances en français ou allemand, sont essentielles. Ce rôle nécessite également des déplacements professionnels et une capacité à travailler en équipe.

Aufgaben

• Fournir des cours de formation techniques liés aux aéronefs.
• Assister le Responsable de la Formation Technique.
• Prendre soin des stagiaires/apprentis et coordonner avec les Mentors/Assessors.

Pour notre département Training MTC au sein de LuxairAirlines, nous recherchons un(e):

Technical Training Instructor (m/f/x)

Missions :

• Provide technical aircraft related training courses
• Assist the Head of Technical Training in the design and production of all technical aircraft related concepts, documents and equipment according to current legal and internal regulations in force
• Be current with technical aircraft related training concepts, documents and equipment
• Monitor with the “Personnel Qualification” database all technical licenses and authorizations and take appropriate actions according to current legal and internal regulations in force
• Take care of the Trainees/apprentices & coordinate with Mentors / Assessors
• Participate in special projects related to Technical Training as requested by Post Holder Technics
• Co‑operate and share information in technical aircraft related matters with all involved departments in order to achieve the common goal of optimum, safety and security standards
• Attend to technical aircraft related courses and symposiums in order to gain knowledge
• Give an administrative support to the Technical Training department

Profil requis:

Critères minimaux requis pour le poste

• Be holder of a “BAC” or equivalent and provide proven experience of technical environment in the aviation industry
• Be holder of the EASA Part 66 license
• Be open to gain knowledge in the field of aeronautical and instructional subjects
• Have good presentation skills
• Show a high amount of rhetorical ability
• Have good conflict management skills
• Accept Duty Travel
• Be familiar with standard office applications
• Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
