A global technology company in Munich seeks a professional to design and deliver training solutions for CESM systems. You will standardize training packages, develop innovative training methods, and work directly with customers to solve their problems. Prior experience in training design and excellent communication skills are preferred for this role.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver training solutions for CESM systems.
• Ensure standardization of training and education packages.
• Develop training ideas and incorporate innovative methods.
• Present systems during demos and commissioning.
• Analyze customer problems and find suitable solutions.

Jobbeschreibung

• You will design and deliver training solutions for our CESM systems – for customers in Germany and worldwide, both at our premises and directly on-site with the client.
• You’ll ensure consistent standardization of our training and education packages across all areas.
• You will further develop training ideas and incorporate innovative methods (such as remote and e-training).
• You will present our systems during demos and commissioning at the customer's site.
• You will analyze customer problems and find suitable solutions together with us.
