To strategically expand our sales in the professional B2B segment, we are looking for a determined and experienced sales professional to take our market-leading business unit "Energy" (including new DeWalt/Könner & Söhnen products) as well as the "Garden" business unit in the German-speaking region (DACH) to the next level.

Your Mission

As a Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Representative, you will be the strategic center and driving force for the success of our products in professional specialized trade.

Your Tasks In Detail

  • Strategic Sales in Specialized Trade: You independently identify, acquire, and develop specialized dealers, service partners, and rental companies throughout the DACH region.
  • Collaboration with Purchasing Associations: You are the central contact person for purchasing organizations such as E/D/E, Greenbase, or Nordwest, negotiate terms, and successfully place our products in their assortments.
  • Market Launch of New Product Lines: You drive the introduction of the DeWalt/Könner & Söhnen product line across all permissible sales channels.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: You continuously monitor the market, analyze competitor strategies, and contribute valuable impulses for the further development of our product portfolio and pricing strategy.
  • Representation & Networking: You represent our brand at trade fairs and dealer events and build a strong, reliable network with industry decision-makers.

Your Profile

You are an experienced sales professional with technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-quality products. You think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and know how to build long-term, profitable customer relationships.

Your Qualifications In Detail

  • Industry Experience: Several years of proven sales experience in the B2B segment of technical investment goods. Ideally from the areas of generators, emergency power systems, construction or garden/agricultural technology, or electrical wholesale.
  • Technical Know-how: You possess strong technical understanding, can read technical specifications, and convincingly convey their advantages.
  • Network: Ideally, you already bring an active, reliable network in German specialized trade and have experience working with purchasing associations (e.g., E/D/E).
  • Sales Strength: Results-oriented, negotiating skills, and experience in Value Selling - you sell based on benefits, not price.
  • Self-Initiative & Organization: You work independently, structured, and target-oriented from your home office and are willing to travel regularly within the DACH region.
  • Languages: Native German (spoken & written), good English skills are an advantage.
