KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience in sales or business development with a proven track record in the Two-Way Radio Communication, DMR, Antenna, or Tetra technology

Business level in German and English communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position works closely with sales and technical departments to deliver informative technical presentations and advice to prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored product solutions.

Support business expansion and development in targeted areas : Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).

Demonstrate products and support smooth implementation by working with clients on integration and technical training.

Provide technical training to clients as well as identify training requirements to support internal and external stakeholders' product knowledge.

Create training playbook and materials.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience in Radio Frequency, Antenna, Wireless solutions, DMR, or related fields.

Obtained technical education in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering

Able to travel in the assigned areas (DACH) and other countries in EU
