Your mission
  1. Leading the technical cooperation with distributors and PV installers in Nordics and BeNeLux.
  2. Supporting customers with all pre-sales technical & product marketing information.
  3. Conducting on-site and online customer trainings for JA’s distribution customers and installers.
  4. Technical product marketing.
  5. Providing daily technical support to customers and JA’s sales team.
  6. Updating shared folders on JA products accessible to customers.
  7. Managing certifications of JA Solar’s products in relevant European markets, including calculations and methods.
  8. Gathering feedback on future product & technology trends from customers.
  9. Collaborating with component manufacturers on module compatibility.
  10. Monitoring competitors’ products, roadmaps, advantages, and weaknesses.
Your profile
  1. Degree in Engineering or Physics.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in the PV industry.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong technical understanding of customer needs.
  5. Fluent in English; knowledge of a third European language or Chinese is a plus.
  6. Willingness to travel.
