Technical Facilities Specialist(m/f/d)

Location: Darmstadt, Germany

Our client, an international organisation, is looking for aTechnical Facilities Specialistto support the reliable operation and maintenance of its buildings and critical infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

• Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC, sanitary, fire safety, and building management systems
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors
• Perform regular technical inspections, tests, and compliance checks
• Track and resolve technical issues and service requests
• Support small installation, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
• Maintain technical documentation and support procurement activities
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call facility support rotation

What you bring:

• Technical training and experience in HVAC or building services engineering
• Knowledge of building management systems and fire safety installations
• Familiarity with applicable standards, safety regulations, and documentation practices
• Confident use of MS Office and technical tools (e.g. ERP, CAD, CAFM systems)
• Independent, structured working style with strong problem‑solving skills
• Team‑oriented mindset and clear communication skills

Languages:

• English: working proficiency
• German: good knowledge required for coordination with local suppliers
