A leading communication solutions company is seeking a Technical Design Architect to guide customers in creating engaging internal communications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in visual design and consulting, along with a strong knowledge of front-end technologies. Staffbase is hiring a Technical Design Architect to help some of the world’s most well-known brands reimagine the way they communicate with their employees. In this role, you’ll blend technical design expertise with customer-centric consulting to create beautifully branded, accessible, and intuitive internal communication experiences using the Staffbase platform.
You’ll be a trusted partner to new and existing customers—guiding them through design workshops, UI/UX best practices, and front-end implementation ideas to ensure their comms channels are both visually engaging and aligned to their brand goals. From concept to delivery, your work will sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and product enablement.
Important: This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office. Core in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday, with a minimum expectation of 2 in-office day per week during those core days.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Staffbase's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary per year. In addition, Staffbase provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, equity, paid parental leave, an employee growth budget, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, wellness days, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
