MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is seeking a Team Leader / Manager for their aftersales operations. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, proven experience in aftersales management, and strong leadership skills. You will oversee sales and RIM system management, optimizing business strategies and enhancing team performance within a multicultural environment.

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices.
In-depth knowledge of RIM systems, wholesale trade business and BI tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading disciplinary and functional team members.
Affinity with multicultural company´s culture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive mindset.
Driven by KPIs and great analytical skills to understand and summarize easy and short the results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
As a Team Leader / Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our aftersales operations, with a focus on the European sales management, supervising the RIM system team and develop a solid wholesale trade business program in Europe.
You will lead and motivate a team of dedicated and experienced professionals to achieve outstanding results and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance and identify areas forimprovement.
Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
