Leadership skills

What tasks await you?

  • Responsibility for customer service, production and process quality
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the service team
  • Main contact and interface for customers in all quality topics
  • Analysis and processing of customer and internal complaints
  • Facilitation of 8D meetings and participation in product and process approvals
  • Creation and maintenance of quality-relevant documents (e.g. Control Plan, Quality Alerts)
  • Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits and customer visits
  • Quality analysis and coordination of quality-related measures

What do we expect from you?

  • Completed technical engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering) or comparable qualification
  • Experience with quality methods (e.g. 8-D, ISHIKAWA, 5Why)
  • Knowledge of QM systems (EN ISO 9001)
  • Proficiency in German and English, at least C1 Level
  • Leadership skills and team orientation
  • Desirable: Additional training in quality management (e.g. QMB, auditor)
