Do you enjoy taking responsibility for the efficient management of a team?
Do you enjoy supporting complex IT systems?
Then become our IT systems team leader.

Your responsibilities:

• Management and independent organisation of our IT department with two employees
• Strategic development of the department and optimisation of business processes in close coordination with the management
• Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects
• Ensuring IT security in our systems by preventing, identifying and closing security gaps
• Administration, maintenance and documentation of our client, server and cloud solutions (Windows, Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Teams, Office 365)
• Ongoing further development and optimisation of our network infrastructure

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on system administration, network management and security
• Initial management experience as well as strong communication and organisational skills
• Independent, structured way of working and a high degree of service and solution-orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Instructor qualification according to AEVO desirable
