Team Lead Software Development (m/w/d)
Verbund Pflegehilfe is looking for a Team Lead Software Development to drive digital innovation in the care market with modern technology, strong teamwork and a clear vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic, technical and organisational direction of the software development team.
- Oversee the stable operation of the IT system and continuously improve the application portfolio.
- Plan and execute all software projects from concept to testing, ensuring high quality standards.
- Achieve operational excellence balancing cost, scope, time, quality, technical debt and knowledge distribution.
- Steer the annual goals and optimise the agile development process.
- Lead and develop the team, plan resources and ensure continuous staff training and coaching.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in Computer Science or qualification as Fachinformatiker for application development.
- Deep technical understanding of methods, processes and tools for software development or product management experience.
- Strong focus on Frontend development with ReactJS, UX and good knowledge of C# on the backend.
- Extensive experience as Senior Frontend Developer, Lead Frontend Engineer or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong leadership personality with high level of autonomy and assertiveness.
- Fundamental knowledge of software architecture (OR‑Mapper, Event‑Driven Architecture, Domain‑Driven‑Design, Message broker, REST, cloud‑native apps) is an advantage.
- Very good English skills in written and spoken form.
- Good German skills (B2+) are a plus.
