Your Role

The Team Lead of the Service Design Engineers (TLSDE) manages, develops, and supports the Solution Design Engineers (SDE) Team, to ensure that all tasks, goals and obligations are realized up to the standards, as defined in the Service Design Regulations and other internal and external regulations and demands. The TLSDE fosters international collaboration, knowledge transfer and is constantly seeking to optimize ways of working to set up the team for future demands.

Your Profile

• University degree in an electrotechnical, mechanical or industrial environment or comparable education with extensive work experience in the required areas
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the data center or telecommunication sector, with 7 years of project management or consultancy experience highly desired
• More than 5 years of experience as an engineer in an electro technical or industrial / mechanical environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading or supervising a team
• Expert in Data Center or larger electrotechnical system installations (implementation)
• Expert in technical documentation
• Fluent in German and English
