We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing engineering team at a major conventional power plant near Frankfurt. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical systems, with a strong focus on high‑voltage infrastructure (up to 400 kV), operational reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary electrical engineering team.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems, including HV substations and grid interfaces.
• Manage maintenance planning, system upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and external stakeholders to align on plant performance and engineering goals.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations, grid codes, and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance and team capability.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in power generation or transmission, including high‑voltage (110–400 kV) systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing large engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of German and European grid regulations.
• Fluent in German and English.
