You'll join a high performing team of assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to increase the productivity of our teams and help contribute to accomplishing their business goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency. You will be the magic maker who ensures your department is functioning at its best.

Responsibilities

• Assist VPs and their teams in their day to day work by providing first-class support including full administrative task ownership.


• Organize team meetings including team All-Hands and leadership meetings.


• Organize events of all sizes including team events conferences and offsites.


• Manage travel logistics trip preparation & expense reporting for the stakeholders.


• Manage internal team processes projects and communications.


• Take action to improve operations in order to facilitate the teams daily activities.

Qualifications

• You have gained a minimum of 3 years of work experience in team support or coordinator roles.


• You have excellent communication skills ensuring that tact discretion and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions.


• You have first-class written communication skills in English.


• You are customer focused solution-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and resilience and have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


• You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills.


• You are a pro-active pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people.
