  • At the beginning of each quarter, you update the goals for our partners and sales team. You focus on structure and process.
  • When we onboard new partners, you enter them into our internal systems. After that, you process their orders.
  • When regular software updates are released, there’s a lot to organize both internally and externally.
  • When the timing is right, you update our internal systems and external partner portals. It’s not urgent but important.
  • Sometimes patience is needed when information is missing – but you’re familiar with that.
  • You take ownership of office operations. Everyone relies on you and your colleagues to keep things running smoothly.
  • We’ll explain all the details thoroughly at the beginning. You’ll need to dive in and get familiar with everything – then it works. We’re not fans of throwing people in at the deep end.
  • Once a week, you sit down with your manager to discuss current topics. You won’t be left on your own.
  • You also support your manager with quarterly and weekly planning.
  • There’s always something to improve. You help your manager integrate improvements into workflows without stress for anyone.
