Your role

As part of a collaborative and experienced tax team, you will :

• Contribute to the structuring and implementation of alternative investment funds;
• Advise on tax-efficient strategies for fund sponsors and investors;
• Support transactions in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt;
• Assist with corporate restructurings, exits, and remuneration planning;
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments on multi-jurisdictional projects.
• You will gain hands-on exposure to complex transactions and be encouraged to develop your technical and advisory skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

PROFIL

Your profile

• Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in tax, ideally in Luxembourg;
• Strong command of English and German both written and spoken (French is an asset);
• Solid technical understanding and analytical mindset;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to deepen your expertise in the alternative investment field.
