As a Senior Talent Partner (Go-To-Market), you’ll play a pivotal role in helping high-growth companies across our portfolio build world-class commercial and revenue teams.
Embedded directly with client teams, you’ll own the full hiring lifecycle for go-to-market roles, partnering closely with founders, CROs, VPs of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders. Your focus will be supporting companies operating in or expanding into the DACH region, bringing deep local market knowledge and cultural context to every hire.
You’ll be supported by a squad of sourcing and delivery specialists, combining strong commercial acumen with a consultative, delivery-first mindset.
