With a growing portfolio of stadiums, booking partnerships, festivals, curated events, and shows in third-party venues and casinos, GRC has become one of the most sought-after independent promoter partners in the country.

**The Role**

We are seeking a Talent Buyer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on venue and third-party bookings, while also contributing across the broader portfolio. Culturally, we are artist- and fan-focused, prioritizing service over volume and wake up inspired by what we do. Our core is a deep love and knowledge of music, business acumen and live experiences.

**Responsibilities**

* Book talent across theaters, arenas, amphitheaters, and third-party venues.

* Manage events end-to-end, including marketing, ticketing, and production.

* Negotiate contracts between GRC and artists/agents.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and industry partners.

* Oversee and manage event budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

* Handle artist and venue settlements.

**Promoter/risk experience is a must**
