A leading recruiting firm is seeking a Corporate Bilingual Recruiter (English/German) in Köln, Germany, to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple corporate functions in the manufacturing industry. With a focus on creating a great candidate experience, the recruiter will source talent in the DACH region as well as Belgium and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of recruiting experience, fluency in German and English, and strong skills in stakeholder management. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Bilingual Recruiter (English/German) to support hiring efforts across multiple corporate functions within the manufacturing industry. This role is essential in identifying and attracting top talent for key business areas such as Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Project Management.
The recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), as well as Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, and bring 3+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing sector.
