Talent Acquisition Partner, Between €50,000-68,000, Hybrid in Erding/Munich

Talent Acqusition Partner sought for a fast-growth and well-funded defense tech scaleup based in the Munich area. This is a really exciting opportunity for a specialist in the Recruitment/HR space to join a fact-paced scaling business and achieve a high sense of autonomy and ownership.

We are looking for a specialist to help drive the business forward with a large focus on recruitment and talent acquisition (both internal and agency) allowing a creativity for job fairs/uni partnerships through to hackathons and long-term talent pipelines. You will have the chance to help shape and expand the recruiting function by developing effective processes, driving hiring manager communication and strategy. The remaining part of the role will focus on supporting with selected HR operations to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience across all locations.

This role is offering between €50-68,000 (depending on experience), flexible working structure with hybrid options plus equity and many other benefits

What we are looking for:
  • Experience in a Talent/Recruitment focused role with bonus points for HR involvement too
  • Background working within a startup or tech focused environment (bonus points for defense/robotics/aerospace/UAV remit but not essential)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience setting up/running a recruitment platform (Persenio preferred but not required)
  • Hands on mentality - proactive, solution orientated and a discretion at handling sensitive data
  • Naative or fluent German and English speaker
