A global technology company based in Mannheim is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month temporary assignment. You will drive recruitment processes, collaborate with business leaders, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in international hiring, active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, and fluency in Dutch, English, and German. Qualifikationen

  • Minimum years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Proven track record in international hiring across BeNeLux and other European countries.
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with Workday and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and German; additional languages like French are advantageous.
  • An agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing.
  • Advocate for internal mobility and support talent advancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for job postings and scheduling.
  • Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies and contribute to improvements.
  • Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience.

In this role, you’ll drive strategic hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders in a global matrix organization. How you’ll make an impact
