Essity is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to strengthen and develop our recruiting team in Germany. This is a highly execution-focused role, designed to bring clarity, structure and consistency to recruitment. You will be responsible for enabling the team to deliver at a high standard, ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day recruiting, and adapting global strategies to the local market.
You will collaborate with HR and business leaders across Germany and Switzerland to deliver end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives. With strong leadership skills and a hands-on mindset, you’ll help the team overcome tactical execution challenges, raise performance levels, and ensure Essity continues to attract and engage top talent.
This role can be based out of our Mannheim, Munich, or Hamburg offices and requires frequent travel across Germany. Regular on-site presence at various locations is essential to ensure close collaboration with stakeholders and teams nationwide.
