Overview

Dauer: 12 months. Start: ASAP. Location: Oberpfaffenhofen Training, then 100% remote. Workload: Full-time.

Aufgaben

The freelancer will be responsible for the following activities:

• Providing mechanical and electrical systems expertise for ATA32 (Landing Gear)
• Creating and reviewing design and compliance documentation
• Reviewing and updating technical specifications
• Evaluating and approving supplier documentation against requirements and specifications
• Developing a certification strategy and generating Means of Compliance (MOC) documentation
• Supporting supplier management and offering technical guidance
• Participating in regular technical team meetings

Profil

• Proven knowledge of CS-25 (Certification Specification for Large Aeroplanes)
• Experience with ARP 4754A (Guidelines for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems)
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical aircraft systems, especially landing gear components
• Experience in preparing and reviewing aviation development and compliance documentation
• Familiarity with certification processes and MOC strategies
• Structured, independent working style and strong team collaboration skills
• Confident communication in technical discussions and meetings
