Proclinical is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist to join a high-performing team in a permanent role, driving impactful sales within the medical devices sector. This role focuses on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support for surgical products within the gynaecology and medical devices sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales calls and engage with key decision-makers to promote and upsell a portfolio of surgical products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to connect with new customers.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide technical product support during surgical procedures and deliver ongoing customer service in line with company policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maximize market share and product adoption.
  • Travel extensively across the Bavaria region to meet business requirements and work collaboratively with a team of experienced sales professionals.
Key Skills and Requirements:
