Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule, and track production orders in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintain bills of materials and work plans; manage revisions.
  • Perform cost calculations and post-cost analyses.
  • Organize subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules in coordination with production team leaders.
  • Coordinate and control production orders with upstream and downstream departments.
  • Monitor manufacturing costs.
  • Actively participate in administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of production processes.
  • Technical and commercial understanding.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • English language skills are advantageous.
  • Communicative, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
