Responsibilities

• As production manager, you will be committed to managing and controlling the production area (165 employees) on the day shift and ensuring smooth 24/7 operations
• You will ensure compliance with all legal and operational requirements, particularly in the areas of process and plant safety and occupational health and safety (including operator responsibility)
• You will develop and implement continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency and quality
• You will lead and develop a committed team of employees and promote a positive and productive working environment
• You will work closely with other departments and external partners to achieve production goals.
• You will manage projects to maintain and modernize production facilities

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in a management position within the process industry, ideally in a 24/7 operation
• Sound knowledge of how to handle production facilities and work materials
• Authentic leadership personality with clear communication, assertiveness and a hands‑on mentality
• Structured and organized way of working with a high level of problem‑solving ability
• Confident use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong ability to work in a team and role model function
